Irakli Shelia was born on October 20, 1985, in Tbilisi, Georgia.
He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Tbilisi State Medical University in 2009. From 2009 to 2012, he continued his postgraduate professional training in Moscow at I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, specializing in rheumatology and medical rehabilitation.
